MISSION STATEMENT
Each member of the Mansfield Police Department is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all citizens of our community, incorporating fairness and courtesy while preserving the dignity of each citizen in all our endeavors.
Operations will be conducted in such a manner as to gain the confidence and support of the community. We are committed to promulgating a mutually advantageous and ongoing partnership with each citizen, allowing their active involvement dealing with those areas of concern to the community as a whole.
As guardians of the public trust we will promote and achieve the highest quality of life for all people and foster an atmosphere in which every employee's conduct, performance and commitment is self-evident.
