PAYMENT METHODS
Pay Electronically On The City Web Site:
Pay electronically by credit card, debit card or e-check. Customers who choose this method will need their Utility account number and PIN number. These numbers are on your water bill. These types of payments will reflect on the account immediately once the transaction is completed.
This method can also be utilized for payment of deposits and confidentiality fee after the account is set up by the Utility Billing Personnel.
Please allow personnel 24 hours to create accounts for new service before requesting account number and pin numbers for online payments. Once payment has been made, customer must confirm with the Utility Office by phone before work orders will be issued for new service.
Pay Electronically Through A Bill Payment Service:
Payments can also be made through your bill payment service such as your online bill pay through your banking center.
This method of payment is reflected on your water account the day after payment is transmitted to the City's Banking Center.
Pay By Phone:
Pay also with credit card, debit card or e-check by calling (817) 453-0236. Customers who choose this method will need their Utility account number and PIN number. These payments will reflect on the account immediately once the transaction is completed.
Pay In Person:
New residents seeking to connect water service can do so at the Utility Billing Department located in the City Hall. Identification is required including a current driver's license and Social Security number.
Pay By Mail:
Applications for service can be printed from our Web site. Please complete application and either mail with payment for deposit and any fees or fax application and either mail deposit and any fees or pay online.
If you wish for your personal information to remain private, please indicate by checking "Yes" and including an additional $5.00 fee with your deposit.
No selection in this area of the application will be considered as a "No" for confidentiality.
Pay By Bank Draft Plan:
For your convenience the City of Mansfield offers a Bank Draft Plan in which your water bill will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account.
