The City Secretary's legislative services include supporting the City Council meetings and acting as a resource for the public seeking information regarding official City policies, laws, and actions.
CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
Mansfield City Code online enables citizens to access the City Charter and Code of Ordinances online and to search by key word(s). The Code version online is maintained by American Legal Publishing Corporation and may have been amended since the latest online update.

COUNCIL COUNCIL
Council Meetings
City Council meetings are held every second and fourth Monday of each month in the Council Chambers located in the City Hall. Council meetings are also posted on the City Calendar. Citizens are encouraged to attend.

Council Agendas & Minutes
The City Secretary's office prepares and distributes agendas of the Council meetings and agenda items. The City Secretary office also handles all records of all procedings of the City Council (minutes) and it's ordinances and resolutions.
