The Shops at Broad Street consists of 105 acres at the northeast corner of East Broad Street and N. 287. It is a proposed 1.5 million square foot mixed use development.

Council To Review Shops Concept Plan
A Concept Plan for the Shops at Broad Street is currently being reviewed by the City. The City Council will hold a public hearing on the Concept Plan on Monday, March 10, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 E. Broad Street.
