START UP INFORMATION
MAC Identification Cards
In order to participate at the MAC, everyone age 2 and older must purchase a MAC Card. Patrons will check in and present their MAC Card at the front desk on each visit to the center. MAC cards must also be presented to check out all equipment and register for any activities.
Annual MAC Card Fees:

* Proof of residency is required.
** Family is defined by living at one address. The Family ID Card price is for the first six family members. An additional $2 will be charged for each additional family member beyond six.
How to register for a program
You can register for all courses and programs at the MAC front desk and on a first come first-serve basis. Please be aware that certain classes fill quickly , so please plan ahead. You will need to show your MAC Card before registering and all fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept cash ,check, or credit cards. Please make all checks payable to the City of Mansfield.
Waiting List
If a course is full, you may ask to have your name placed on the waiting list for that course at no cost. The computer system maintaines the waiting list in chronological order of the requests.
When a participant withdraws from a course, the computer notifies staff members of an opening and of the first person named on the list. Staff will notify, in waiting list order, the persons on the list and offer the opportunity to register for the course at that time.
If those persons enroll, they will be removed from any waitlists for similar courses. Any person on a waitlist who receives notice from MAC staff that a spot has become available for them has 24 hours to come pay for that registration.
The 24 hours starts once a message has been successfully left with a person or an answering machine. If payment is not received within that 24-hour period, they will be deleted from the waitlist.
