KATHERINE ROSE MEMORIAL PARK
History
Park opened in 1996 with land purchased by MPFDC with ½ cent sales tax revenue. Park was developed with assistance from a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The park is named for the wife of the land owner who developed the pecan orchard on the property in the 1950’s and sold the property to the city.

Rental Information & Fees
Athletic Field Rental Rates:
Athletic fields can be rented for $10/hour. If lights are needed, it is an additional $18/hour. All rentals require a minimum reservation time of an hour and a half. Contact the Mansfield Activities Center for more information.
Pavilion Rental Rates:
Small Pavilions are $10 per hour or $50 for all day.
Large Pavilions are $25 per hour or $125 for all day. There is a 2 hour minimum on all pavilion rentals.
