MANSFIELD CLEAN WATER PROJECT

MANSFIELD TRASHOFF

Mansfield Trashoff

Litter and illegal dumping are a problem, not just in Mansfield, but across the State and Nation. The City of Mansfield is hosting its 3rd Annual Mansfield Trashoff in connection with Keep Texas Beautiful, The Texas Department of Transportation, and Keep America Beautiful. Come out on April 4, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and join thousands of volunteers across the Nation in an effort to make our community, our State, and our Country a more attractive place to live, work and play.

Registration will take place on the day of the event at 1800 N. US 287 next to the vacant medical building. This is close to Tarrant Dialysis and Kindred Hospital.

The 3rd Annual Mansfield Trashoff is schedule to clean the frontage road along US 287 from Debbie Lane to Cooper/ FM 157. See the factsheet for more information about the event.

The Mansfield Trashoff is an excellent opportunity for volunteers from the Mansfield community to get together, help beautify our community, have fun, and get to know one another a little better.

Volunteers will be needed to remove litter.

The more volunteers who show up, the more we can get clean, and the faster we can accomplish our goal. There will be areas for all ages to help pitch in.

All volunteers are invited to stay at the location from 12 - 1 p.m. for a hot dog cookout as a way to say thanks for all of the hard work!!

A factsheet for volunteers is available.

A volunteer registration and release form is also available.

For more information, to register, and all questions, please contact Howard Redfearn at 817-276-4240.
