MANSFIELD CLEAN WATER PROJECT

MANSFIELD TRASHOFF

Mansfield Trashoff

Litter and illegal dumping are a problem, not just in Mansfield, but across the State and Nation. The City of Mansfield is hosting its first Mansfield Trashoff in connection with Keep Texas Beautiful, The Texas Department of Transportation, and Keep America Beautiful. Come out on April 5, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and join thousands of volunteers across the Nation in an effort to make our community, our State, and our Country a more attractive place to live, work and play.

The 2nd Annual Mansfield Trashoff is schedule to clean up the area around the US 287 and Walnut Creek Drive intersection. There will be police present to help control traffic, and plenty of areas to clean away from any traffic. The Mansfield Trashoff is an excellent opportunity for volunteers from the Mansfield community to get together, help beautify our community, have fun, and get to know one another a little better.

Volunteers will be needed to remove litter from the area, cook, help with traffic, and other activities related to the event. Registration will be held the old Albertsons on Walnut Creek Drive beginning at 8:45 a.m.

A factsheet for volunteers is available.

A volunteer registration and release form is also available.
