CIAC
Capital Improvements Advisory Committee
The CIAC serves in an advisory capacity to advise and assist the City Council in adopting land use assumptions; reviews the capital improvements plan and makes comments; evaluates implementation of the City Council on the progress of the capital improvements plan and on any perceived inequities in implementing the plan or imposing impact fees; and advises the City Council of the need to update or revise the land use assumptions, captial improvements plan, or impact fees.

The board consists of seven members.
Terms
Commissioners Serve Two-Year Terms.
Meeting Time, Date, and Place
Meetings are scheduled as needed by the Planning Department and are held at Mansfield City Hall, 1200 E. Broad St.
