Planning and Zoning Commission
The commission reviews plats and makes recommendations on site plans and zoning change requests to the City Council.
The commission also makes recommendations regarding changes to the city’s zoning and subdivision ordinances, comprehensive land use plan and impact fee requirements.

Meetings are scheduled as needed by the Planning Department and are held at Mansfield City Hall, 1200 E. Broad St.
